• How to submit the problem you want?

  You can contact us by means of regular mail, fax or email. Once we receive your problem, we will inform you the information that we need to solve the problem, such as:

1. how to prepare your data,
2. how long time to be need for accomplishing your project.
3. how much to pay for your project.

After submitting a service application form , you will receive an email from us to confirm that we have known what type of technical services you need. In the email we also tell you how to prepare your data , how long time to be need and how much to pay for your project. You can send the technical data through regular mail or email. Once we received your technical data and the first payment, we will email you and inform you by email that we have begun to work on you project. We will submit the results to you within the time limit of your project and then you need to pay the remained charge. All results will be in the form of computer files and submitted through Internet or CD. No printed file will be submitted. If you need the technical service which includes hardware and the contract research and development, the online submit is available. However, the final decision will be made through interview and round-table talks.
